Your information. A clear purpose.

What we collect

If you submit a listing, advertising request, correction or launch-update request, we collect the fields you provide, including your name and email. We store your request so the directory operator can review and respond. Business details intended for a listing may be published after review; your private contact name and email are not automatically published.

Classified listings

Classified submissions include equipment details, asking price, city and state, photos, seller name, business name if provided, phone number and email. Approved listings publish the seller name, business name, phone, equipment details, location, website and photos so buyers can contact the seller. The submission email stays private. Only upload photos and information you are authorized to publish; remove sensitive details from photos before uploading. Your private management link controls your listing, so keep it confidential.

Submissions and photos are stored for review. Rejected, withdrawn, sold and expired ads are not shown in available inventory. We keep request and review records to administer listings and resolve questions; contact us about correction or removal. Owner review and seller-management pages do not load our analytics.

Updates and outreach

A listing submission does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Launch-update requests record your interest; email delivery has not yet been activated. We do not sell the contact details submitted through these forms. Any future marketing messages should provide a way to unsubscribe.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, referral sources and interactions such as outbound clicks. Google may process browser, device and approximate location information and use cookies for measurement. We do not send the contact details entered in our forms to Google Analytics. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

Service providers and links

The site uses hosted infrastructure to serve pages and store requests. Private previews may require ChatGPT sign-in under the hosting platform’s privacy terms. External company links open other sites, whose privacy practices are their own.

Corrections and removal

Use the contact form to request a correction or removal of your submitted information. Identify the business and request clearly. We may ask for evidence of business ownership before changing a public listing. This notice was updated October 31, 2026.
